Information we collect and why
Callback requests. When you send a callback request through a form on this site, we collect your name, phone number, the town you pick and anything you type in the notes box, plus the page you sent it from. We use it to call you back about your project and to schedule work.
Phone calls. If you call us, we have your phone number and whatever you tell us about the job. We use that only to respond to you and arrange the work.
Call tracking and cookies
We use WhatConverts to track and manage calls and requests connected with this website. Its script runs on these pages and may set cookies or use similar browser storage so it can tell which page or search led to a call or request. The site also uses your browser's session storage to remember that the "want a call back?" box has already been shown, so it does not pop up again during the same visit.
Companies that help us handle information
We use Supabase to store your request before we try to email it, and Resend to send it to our office. The website is hosted by Vercel, which processes the normal traffic needed to serve these pages, such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested.
Who may receive your details
We do not sell personal information. We may pass the details of your request to a contractor who can do the work, or to an independent asbestos inspector when testing is needed, and they may use them to contact you about the job. We also share information where the law requires it.
How long we keep information
We keep request information only as long as needed to respond, arrange service, keep ordinary business records or meet legal requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you and ask us to delete it by calling (605) 599-3393, or by sending a callback request that says it is about privacy or deletion.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
