What to have ready when you call
- The year your house was built, if you know it.
- Which rooms you want done and their rough sizes.
- Whether the ceilings have been painted.
- Any water stains, cracks, sagging or vaulted areas.
- Your timing, especially if you are working toward a closing or move-in date.
